National Origin

National origin discrimination is not uncommon, especially in Maryland.  During the past few years, I have frequently represented employees subjected to national origin discrimination for employees of Russian descent, Middle-Eastern descent and even African descent.

The Civil Rights Act of 1964, under Title VII, as well as laws of the state of Maryland, prohibit discrimination on the basis of a person's nation of origin.  Furthermore, employment discrimination, done intentionally, calls for monetary damages to be paid, under the Civil Rights Act of 1991.

Andrew Dansicker has extensive experience analyzing potential national origin discrimination cases and litigating such job discrimination cases at the state, federal and administrative levels.  If you are experiencing an uncomfortable situation on the job as a result of national origin discrimination, or if you have been discriminated against or terminated from your employment as a result of national origin discrimination, contact national origin attorney Andrew Dansicker at The Law Office of Andrew M.
